1.Examine your relationship status with your self

2.Do a self evaluation of why you are not happy

3.Count your blessings (write out a grateful list to God)

4.Do something for someone other than your self

5.Be a Giver: do random acts of kindness

6.Practice ways to manage stress (read my blog on this topic here)

7.Spend time with family/friends/people  you enjoy
