Day 30 - Shaped for Serving God

Mona Williams
Gifted to Serve

Pastor Rick Warren starts this day by saying, “God formed every creature on this planet with a special area of expertise.” We all have an assigned destiny to fulfill for God’s purposes and plans. God is not a God of waste. He will use every part of our lives to bring about something good. The devil wants to abort God’s plan, but if God be for us who can be against us. Keep striving to do the will of God and He will get you to the finish line.

This day explains the first two letters of how we all have a customized uniqueness, which is our SHAPE:

Spiritual gifts: These gifts are divinely given by God to be used  for ministry to assist other believers. (1 Corinthians 12)

Heart:  Your heart is where your seat of motivation rest. Our desires, hopes, dreams, feelings. The real you is revealed by what you say. The mouth speaks what is in your heart. (Proverbs 4:23)

Your heart is driven by your passions. A sign of serving from the heart is enthusiasm and effectiveness; loving what you do and doing it well. (Proverbs 15:16)

From Day 30 “Question to Consider:  In what way can I see myself passionately serving others and loving it?”

Verse to Remember: "God works through different men in different ways, but it is the same God who achieves his purposes through them all." 1 Corinthians 12:6 (Ph)
